Are the watches really automatic?

Yes. Every model uses a mechanical automatic movement, wound by the motion of your wrist and visible through the skeleton dial. No battery is required.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, with free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days depending on your location, and every order includes a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your watch for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the return is caused by our error or a manufacturing defect.

Is there a warranty?

Every watch carries a 2-year warranty on the automatic movement, covering mechanical malfunction and manufacturing defects under normal use.

How do I wind and set the watch?

Wearing it daily keeps it wound. If it stops, turn the crown roughly 20 to 30 times to restart the movement, then set the time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have 24 hours after ordering to request a change or cancellation, as long as the order has not shipped. Write to euroger9@gmail.com with your order number.
